PSY 4377 - Conflict Resolution (3 semester hours) Examines theory, research and practice of negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. Topics include origins of aggression and conflict, techniques of negotiation, and methods of conflict resolution. Students gain practical experience in dispute resolution.
